Project Brief

Based in Nottingham, Wilmington PLC only had 4 weeks notice that their lease was expiring on their office premises and in this time had to sign the lease, make landlords agreements etc., complete the relevant works and move into the space. McFeggan Brown were tasked with ensuring that all fit out works were completed in just 4 days. Works included, adding sufficient auxillary power and data to the space, forming 2no meeting rooms, cutting through an existing double skin partition to connect two office suites together and installing 30no desks, storage, meeting tables and seating. In addition, all items from the existing office needed to be moved to the new premises. All completed in 4 days!
