Project Brief

McFeggan Brown were approached by an engineering client looking at buying an office building that required updating and renewal. An internal strip out of the building was undertaken in order to remove all the existing floor finishes, kitchens, bathrooms and main wet heating systems. In addition, AC units were serviced or stripped out, walls removed, and all lighting and electrical services stripped back. Over the course of 10 weeks, new AC comfort heating and cooling systems were installed along with toilets, finishes, walls and furniture.

Over 10 weeks, we transformed the building interior to create a modern working environment with zones for staff to collaborate and areas of conventional desking. In addition, McFeggan worked closely with the client to ensure that stringent security measures were met and an office to host some of the industry leading technology and engineering companies was created!
