Project Brief

Off The Fence Productions is an award-winning producer of factual television and theatrical documentaries. They aim to give a fresh perspective and high production values across a range of genres that include science, history, adventure and human stories.

Their existing building is a four-storey Victorian house in Bristol, converted into an office space with multiple edit suits. However, due to 10 years of its existing décor, the building required an upgrade, so they contacted McFeggan Brown to refurbish 3,000 sqft of their offices to a space that will attract more clients to the premises.

Works involved a complete strip out of all fixtures and fittings, including magnolia woodchip wallpaper to the entire interior! New installations of mechanical and electrical services, decorations, flooring, kitchen and toilets were carried out along with damp removal and plastering.

All works were successfully completed with a phased approach whilst the client continued their daily operations in the building.
