Project Brief

We opened up the existing two floors of partitioned office space to create five laboratories, stores, offices and meeting rooms. Whilst the science labs were designed with a clinical feel, the other areas featured a commercial theme, with functionality of space of primary importance to the client throughout. Substantial electrical rewiring, new plumbing, partitions, flooring, ceilings, air conditioning and decorations complimented the redesign, which was completed on time.
