Project Brief

Lewis investments approached McFeggan Brown to refurbish the toilets and common area on the ground floor of 1500 Parkway, Bristol. These areas were extremely dated and were having a detrimental affect on the ability to lease the ground floor space. McFeggan Brown undertook a full refurbishment of the toilets and common areas, including completely renewing the entrance frontal with new entrance doors. In addition, we also refurbished the lighting and mains power in the ground floor space to bring the building up to a modern standard. Working closely with the 1st floor tenant, we managed the job, to their satisfaction, with minimal disturbance, despite the substantial nature of the works.
