Project Brief

Discussion Box is a Bristol based technology company who have recently secured an empty space in the heart of Bristol at 33 Colston Avenue and enlisted McFeggan Brown to create a smart ‘New York City’ style workspace.

The existing base build was simple but still had features that we put to use in the design. The light fittings were a perfect example of this, setting off the space with a linear feel. We worked with Discussion Box to engage with staff and understand what their people wanted out of their new space. Working with a 2,220 sq ft suite, McFeggan Brown completed the CAT B refurbishment of the ground floor and mezzanine suite. The completed workspace is fully agile, with the added benefit of open-plan offices and breakout spaces – meaning collaboration is available when it’s needed. This suite also features multi-purpose individual offices for private working, larger meetings, and one-to-ones.

The natural light flows freely throughout, helping to create a healthy environment.
